I hope today finds you keenly full of kind karma for your kin.
Yesterday was a slow starter to the day. I left the motel around 9 in the morning, and made my way further south on highway one. Along the way I stopped at the house at Nitt Witt Ridge. I thought about going for a tour, but that wasn’t going to happen for another 30 minutes so I rolled out of there.
I checked out a couple of more beaches before heading inland to have lunch at Firestone Walker brewery. There I tasted 3 of their beers and their spicy chicken sandwich, which was very good.
I headed back to the coast to get back on highway 1 and checked out some more beaches. Late in the afternoon, I had a nice long walk along the shoreline at Montana de Oro State park while having a pleasant phone conversation with Catherine.
So kind of a slow day all in all. The weather this morning is overcast, and it rained overnight. I have yet to plan out the day, but I may spend a couple of hours walking around Pismo Beach and checking it out. Or I might move on. Who knows? 🙂
