Good Morning! Thursday, June 17th, 2021

I hope that today finds you feeling good and happy!

It was good to be home yesterday. I have a lot of yard work to catch up on, and while I started to do some of the yard work, I found myself wanting to take a nap instead, so I let myself do that instead, and it felt good! (Boy, I do like my new wool Pendleton blanket πŸ˜‰ ).

I hopped on my bike in the early afternoon and rode down to Ballard to meet Scott for Lunch at Sen Noodle. I hadn’t eaten there before, but I will eat there again, it was so good.

After lunch, I came home, took another nap, and researched sprinter vans to see what is out there. It will be a while before we buy one, but it is time to start figuring out what we want and recognizing what is a good deal when we see one.

Later in the afternoon, I took the dancers out on the boat for an evening sail, and it was just perfect. Just enough wind to get us over to Bainbridge and back. We reached the marina just as the sun was setting, which is always a special treat for folks.

Today the plan is to get the packing plan together and my gear for race week next week. I also have to do the menu planning for the week of lunches and get the food for the delivery that we start tomorrow.

Love ya!
